Being a member of the Chamber committee is a fantastic opportunity to help grow your local business community, gain new skills and make new professional connections.
We are only as strong as the fantastic volunteer committee members that dedicate their time and effort.
Do you have the drive to join our team? Our AGM is coming up in June 2021 (date to be confirmed).
International Women’s Day 2021

We look forward to the 2022 event!
2019 GOAT Fridays
GOAT stands for Greatest of All Time. GOAT Fridays (2019) were an opportunity for the community to come together to network. Each month there was a ‘business of the month’ that would showcase what they have on offer.
The Barron Valley Hotel kindly put on a delicious free grazing platter each month, and there was beer and wine tastings.
Every visit to a GOAT Friday got you a ticket in the major draw for a trip for 2 to Singapore which was drawn on Friday 29th November 2019.
A big THANKS goes to the wonderful Uli from Travel Experience for making these event such a success.
If you were there for the draw….how entertaining was the little dance show put on by the Travel Experience team!
Christmas Receipt Draw
In 2019 we had over 21 prize draws, plus 4 bonus draws with over $1650 in prizes up for grabs.
Shoppers had 6 weeks to spend their money at local participating businesses. They then put their name and number on the back of their receipt and entered into into the barrel for their chance to win.
There were over 500 entries in the barrel (I stopped counting).
The prize draw event was well attended, while you didn’t have to be there to win, if you were there you received a Bonus Prize voucher thanks to Fresh St Market IGA.
Family Fun Day
In 2019 the ATCC committee decided to run a family fun day to allow the Ladies Shopping Night to continue as child-free night out.
We had face painting on Main St, Santa Photos at Silo, a Carousel and kids activity station on Mabel Street and Treasure Hunters making their way around town visiting businesses that they may not have ever been to before.
The day was a great success ending in $3000 worth of prizes being drawn.
Our message SHOP TABLELANDS THIS CHRISTMAS!

Meet the Candidates
The Atherton Tablelands Chamber of Commerce along with Ravenshoe & District Chamber of Commerce and Malanda Chamber of Commerce invited the divisional and mayoral candidates to a lunchtime event.
It was a well attended event with each candidate having an opportunity to introduct the policies that they would be running under.
