About Us

The Atherton Tableland Chamber of Commerce was incorporated in May 1994 with the objective to promote and protect trade commerce and industry within the Atherton Tablelands.  Volunteers from across the region led the Association to support and advocate for the business community.

As with many volunteer-led organisations, Chamber had to cease activities for a period of time leaving what funds were still available in an account for one day in the future, the community decided it was worth re-igniting the Association.

In 2012, Tablelands Futures Corporation Ltd reignited the Chamber and pledged 70 hours of administration support to assist the new Committee in re-establishing the Chamber.  The new President was elected and together with the new committee the Chamber quickly evolved in securing strong membership numbers and delivering events for the business community.

Today, Atherton Tableland Chamber of Commerce continues to advocate on behalf of members working closely with Tablelands Regional Council for the benefit of the Atherton Tablelands business community.
